Abstract

|
The carcinoma of the colon in the children and adolescence are rare, but authors experienced one case, 16 years old Korean boy, of the colon adenocarcinoma, which located on splenic flexure with perforation but not accompanied with peritonitis. This boy; was admitted with complaints of pain, tenderness and adult fist sized tumor mass on the left upper quadrant of the abdomen, at Dec. 5th 1960. Patient was operated under diagnosis of intra-abdo. After operation he was discharged at 10th operation day and is alive with good conditions for 4 months.
